Mixed Company Media provides photography, video production, content creation and creative services for businesses, organizations and individuals. Our work includes corporate and private events, team and school photography, headshots, weddings, brand campaigns, promotional content, video editing and ongoing social media content.
DO YOU WORK WITH BUSINESSES AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS?
Yes. We work with companies, schools, organizations, brands and private clients. Projects range from team headshots and corporate events to weddings, campaigns, social content and full photo/video productions.
CAN YOU HANDLE BOTH PHOTO AND VIDEO FOR THE SAME PROJECT?
Absolutely. One of the advantages of working with Mixed Company Media is the ability to coordinate photography and video under one creative team, giving your project a more consistent look while reducing the number of vendors you need to manage.

Yes. We can photograph teams, offices, schools, youth organizations and larger groups on location. We can build a workflow around your group size, schedule and delivery requirements.
DO YOU OFFER CONTENT CREATION AND SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICES?
Yes. We create photography, short-form video, reels, promotional assets and ongoing branded content. We can also provide editing and social media support for businesses looking for a more consistent online presence.
DO YOU STILL PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE EVENTS?
Yes. Weddings and celebrations remain an important part of our work. Coverage can include photography, video or both, with options based on the size, schedule and requirements of your event.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED, AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
We’re based in Toronto and regularly work throughout the GTA and beyond. Travel can be arranged for projects outside the region.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
For weddings, conferences, larger productions and high-demand dates, earlier is always better. Smaller projects and corporate sessions can often be accommodated with shorter notice depending on availability.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
Every project is different. Pricing is based on factors such as coverage time, crew size, location, deliverables and production requirements. Start a project with a few details and we’ll recommend the right scope and provide a quote.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the project. Your expected delivery timeline will be confirmed before production begins. Rush delivery may also be available for time-sensitive projects.
CAN WE REQUEST A SPECIFIC STYLE, SHOT LIST OR CREATIVE DIRECTION?
Of course. We encourage clients to share references, mood boards, campaign goals and must-have shots. For larger projects, we can help develop the creative direction and production plan with you.
